A celebration of the end of the sailing season. Please book via office@aldeburghyc.org.uk and let us know of any dietary requirements when booking. It's £35 per head, please make payment when you book. If you're organising a group, please let us know the names of those who will be on your table. There will also be Club tables for you to join.
The menu will be:
Starter:
Crab & spring onion fishcake with pea & broad bean salad, watercress dressing
Puy lentil salad, tenderstem broccoli, charred courgettes, chilli and pomegranate (V)
Main Course:
Braised beef brisket, truffle mash, braised red cabbage and purple sprouting broccoli
Rosemary charred squash, saffron poached potatoes, roast fennell & artichokes, lentil dressing (V)
Dessert:
Roast rhubarb with burnt lemon, thyme and honey, rhubarb ice cream
